Permission needed

The android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE is needed to mute the AudioManager.STREAM_MUSIC when the user is making or receiving calls and when the call is ended, the sound of AudioManager.STREAM_MUSIC will be back to the previous volume.

RadioKorea promises not to do anything with that information if not for the simple reason we wouldn't know how to access it anyways.
